【Event Purpose】

This event aims to enhance participants’ understanding of their personal health conditions through professional explanations by medical specialists on health examination interpretation and knowledge related to sarcopenia prevention. By strengthening health literacy and awareness of muscle health, the program encourages the development of proper lifestyle habits and self-care abilities. The event is designed to integrate culturally sensitive care practices and aligns with the university’s initiative of “Building a Culturally Sensitive Care Model.”
