Purpose:
This mental health promotion seminar aims to enhance mental health literacy among students of Namasia Junior High School, strengthen their abilities in emotional regulation and self-care, and improve their understanding of signs of psychological distress and available help-seeking resources. The seminar also integrates perspectives of Indigenous culture and community support to foster positive help-seeking attitudes and psychological resilience, thereby creating a culturally sensitive and supportive campus mental health environment.
